I just purchased V21 of the Home and Landscape Design Architectural Series and while watching the Tutorials I cannot the the basic setup shown in the Tutorials. For example the split screen 2d and 3D and the arrangement of the tool at top and side of the page. What am I not doing that I should to achieve this setup?

I am unable to replicate this Kitchen PRO view using my software V21.0.8. All my tools graphics stay positioned to the left vertical. Can I place tools on the horizontal with 3D icons as shown

Thanks Patricia for responding.

Hello Patricia,

I made attempts to post pictures using OPTION 1 but when I click on MY ALBUMS it comes up "access denied" so I don't know how to proceed.

Use Option # 2 => attach an image to your post.

Also, as per my last post => Are you using a Windows Version or a Mac Version?

Hi there,

This explains the problem. You posted your question in the Windows section, this is why your questions were not clear.
Shortly, we'll move this post to the Mac Section.

Check if you are seeing the tutorials for Mac (in your program => Help => training center)

Punch, as any program, has a learning curve. The best way to learn the program, IMO, is practice + practice + practice => Read and follow the manual (this is important), see the videos => try to create elements not related with your project, so you will become familiar with the commands and how to manage the different components and solutions.

If you are interested, my eBook for Punch V21 for Mac includes lots of tutorials and how-to guides. Also, I have other eBooks with step by step Guides

Hope this helps.
