As I explained by e-mail, Punch AS 3000 exports and imports two dimensional DXF / DWG files.
In other words, you can import the plan and once in Punch, you will need to convert each line in a wall, floor, etc.
Punch will recognize that a wall is a wall, or a floor is a floor, just select the line--> convert to --> (wall, floor, staircase, deck, etc)
After this, you will be able to see your house in 3D using Live view
