How can I set the depth of a cathedral roof. I need to set it at 24 inches to have enough space for 14 inches of fiberglass insulation and eight inches for ventilation.

If your question means how to change the thickness of a roof--> the roof thickness can't be changed in Punch

If your question means how to change the thickness of a ceiling-->

If your version has the Ceiling designer you can design your ceiling using this tool. Or you can try to create a this element using the 3D workshop
