You should contact Punch technical assistance, perhaps the disk isn't OK

The easy solution is to installing it in Safe Mode. To start Windows in Safe Mode turn on your computer and press F8 immediately and keep pressing it until an option screen displays giving you the option of starting in Safe Mode. Simple Safe Mode is good enough. Let it get all the way to the desktop and try reinstalling. It should install all the way with no problems. John
