Hi Patricia,

Try these resources

1 - Stack two walls so you can use two textures

2 - In the trim tab--> wainscot library --> apply on the wall--> texture

3 - You can use the trim designer tool (available in Punch AS 4000 V8 and all the V10 programs)
This tool is intended to design trims and moldings but of course you can set the dimension and shape to fit a wainscot or a wall segment.

4 - You can develop a wainscot object with the 3D workshop, however a POB will cover doors and windows

I developed the walls of this home theatre using trims and molding on 3 stacked walls
