Sure. Select the wall (or walls)--> Properties Bar--> the wall's properties will appear--> the options "Center / Surface" will set the reference of the dimensions (from the centers or from the exterior surfaces)--> the option "Flip Dims" will flip the dimension from the exterior to the interior and vice versa
