Hi Joe,

The Punch BMP images have a resolution of 75 dpi (dots per inch) To resize the image you need at least 300 dpi.

I tried several methods but, in my opinion, the best solution is saving the images as PDF files. The PDF documents can be resized and they will remain with the same quality

To create a PDF file, you must have a PDF writer or Adobe Photoshop, or other Adobe product (not the free PDF reader) or other software with PDF writer

If you check in the web, you will find some free applications
