Hi redjmp

1 - "how do I draw a wall or wall section that is say 5' concrete and 3' wood frame?"--> draw two stacked Exterior Walls (one with H= 5'+ one with H= 3')--> go to the Framing Editor Power Tool--> right click each wall separately --> Wall properties--> define wall material
2 - Lot slope--> Use the Topo Designer Power Tool--> set the slope--> don't forget to draw the Building pad to define the lower level setting
3 -How to set the correct elevation?--> of the house? the the topo lines? can you clarify this?

Additional tip--> in the lower level, the Exterior Walls must be a closed perimeter to avoid the "grass inside the house" issue
