Hi,
I'm another user with the same problem. Your method to fix did not work. Copy and paste using Windows Explorer features or using some feature in Punch that I don't fathom?
It sure looks like this should be a selectable option. Right click on ruler tool and get a drop down of options.
Thanks.

Hi NeilOlif,
To copy and paste your design in a new file:
- Open your design in the first floor - Click one of the plan tabs, ("Floor", "Roofing", etc). You will see a small arrow at the right of the name. By clicking the small arrow you have the option of viewing or hiding other plans. Just check the names of the all the tabs. - Verify that all the the information is present (floors, etc) - Edit--> Select All--> Edit--> Copy - Create a new and empty file. - Start in the first floor--> Edit--> Paste - Save As... - Repeat the process for the remaining levels if you have info in the upper levels
Let us know if you need more help
