Hi markmm,

I don't know what type of light fixture you are trying to set, but as a general rule, the lighting effects are more visible with less exterior light (sun)

In the image attached, you can see a room with different light effects. The max. light intensity should be as in this image. If it is different
1 - verify if the fixture is ON
2 - verify if it is a sun light problem
3 - verify the fixture elevation related with the ceiling elevation (the fixture elevation should be at least 1" below the ceiling elevation)
4 - verify the settings for each fixture
