I have imported an surveyor's DWG drawing of my property and have had roughly the same results as eflowjr, above. My imported lot drawing is a small green smudge in the middle of a vast white square lot. I am using MLP-10 and so am able to increase lot size in Topo to 750' x 750' which should easily contain my property when it is properly sized. Unfortunately, MLP has my property dimensions totally incorrect and I can't change them. A property line I know to be 197' long shows up as 9' in length. Everything else is similarly shrunk. How do I tell the program what the proper lengths are so I can proceed? I'm new to this and to the support community. Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place. Any help you can offer will be very much appreciated. Alan Stewart

Hi Alan Stewart,

First of all, a note regarding the lot size (workspace) in Punch MLP 10--> you can set it up to 1000' x 1000'

Now, about the DWG import issue.
Usually, the plot plans are developed in feet, so when you import it in Punch, you should select the unit as "Feet", not as "Inches"
Or, if you are using the Metric system, be sure that you are importing in the same unit stated in the title block of your plot plan
The difference in the importing scale is the reason why you are not importing the right dims

If you still have problems, send me your DWG plan and I will check it
