Using workshop I need to change the height of the column supplied in AS18. It is defined as 8 feet and I need 12 feet. Changing the parameters in "options/Object size" does not seem to change the height. Grabbing the corner handle and pulling up just elevates the column. What am I missing?

Hi,

To resize a column with the workshop, just follow these steps:

- Go to the workshop, and select the column
- Select a front view (View -->2D view-->Front)(you can use also left or right view) or (At the left - bottom of the screen, you will see the "eye", it is the viewing options selector)
- With the column selected in 2D front (or right or left)view, go to Menu bar (top), and choose -->Options-->Object size
- The size selector will appear, then select-->Object size-->Height
- Change the height from 8 to 12 feet
- Select the starting point (Size from-->lower right or lower left)
- Click OK, and the column will be resized.

Then you can close the workshop, (File-->Exit and return), accept the changes, and your new resized column will be ready in your plan. You can also save this column in the workshop for future use
