Hi Rachel,

Just a thought. Are you using a tablet or do you have a tablet plugged in your computer?

Regards

Thanks for your response Patricia and forgive my stupidity, but what do you mean by a tablet? Regards Rachael

Oh, got you, no I haven't got anything like that. It's a new PC and I've only got standard things plugged in such as mouse, keyboard, monitor - nothing fancy. I just can't understand what's wrong with it. I've tried reinstalling but it still does the same thing, it's soo frustrating. Lyle suggested trying to unplug things in case something is continually sending new images to live view but I can't see how that could be. Any other ideas???

Hi Rachel,

Try this:
- Open an empty file in Punch
- Click the full 3D view icon.
- Don't touch the mouse or the keyboard
- Does the image change?
- Can you tell us about the messages in the status bar (bottom - left)?
