I received a file from a customer that has a psh extension on it and am having difficulty opening it and loading it onto my punch platinum program or burning it to cd to give to my designer to use on his punch. How do I get this file open so that I can see her previous plans on my program.???????

Hi Dewey Sorensen,

PSH is Punch Super home format and Punch Platinum is supposed to open it without problems. Actually, when you open a file in Platinum (File--> Open), PSH is among the available formats.
These are some tips that may help
- First, save the file in your HD, don't try to open file from the e-mail.
- Open files only from the program, using--> File--> Open
- For some reason, some formats become corrupted when you e-mail them. I noticed that this happens when you send the file in the original format, but it doesn't happen when you zip the file. So, ask your customer to zip the file first and send it after. Then unzip and open with Punch

Hope this helps
