I went to www/punchsoftware.com/patches/filexchange.htm. The page came up ok, but with errors on it. None of the pictures came up. I got squares with x's in them and I could not access them. Can I change this? If so, how? Thanks.

Is there a way, in Punch Platinum that I can decorate the bottom half of a wall, then add a border and use a separate colour for the top half. Many thanks.

Hi Julie Alsaady,

This a work around

Go to the Properties bar--> Trim--> click in the small triangle close to the word "Trim"--> Wainscot--> you will find 4 options to set the wainscot--> 36" / 42" / 48"/ 60". In this way, you can use a texture in the wall and other in the wainscot

For programs including the Trim designer
Power Tool you can design a baseboard with the desired height and texture as necessary

Dear Patricia, I'm using Punch Professional Platinum and I can go to Properties, Trim but when I click the small triangle I only get the following: WINDOW AND DOOR CASING, WALL TRIM - TRADITIONAL, WALL TRIM - MODERN, STANDARD BASE TRIM AND TRIM ORGANISER. I do not seem to have a Trim Designer either in the Power tools section. What now?

Hi Julie Alsaady,

I guess you are clicking in a different place. The "Trim" word and the options are in the vertical tags--> click on the triangle--> the wainscot is the 4th option

The Trim Designer is a Power Tool present in some Punch versions, but unfortunately, it is not available in Platinum

Anyway, as you wrote in other post that you wish the wall divided in two parts with a border, try this Stack two walls with half of the height--> use a crown molding in the bottom wall or a baseboard in the upper wall--> texture as necessary

Hope this helps
