Hi John Birmingham,

I saw this issue several times
1 - Verify if your walls are Exterior walls
2 - If you drew an Interior wall and then you change it to Exterior the baseboard remains
3 - If you move / rotate a wall, sometimes the system creates an exterior baseboard

Anyway, it is very easy to delete the baseboards--> Trim--> Base Trim--> Standard--> use the last icon--> (remove base trim)
