Hi there,

How to draw a simple rectangle 70'x140'--> Detail tab--> rectangle shape--> Properties bar (right of the screen--> check the Autodim option--> the dims will appear--> you can also use the arrow with the # sign--> point the lines and set the exact dimension--> To convert the rectangle--> when the dims are OK--> select the rectangle--> Properties bar (right of the screen--> Convert to--> Property Line--> your lot will be defined

Not sure what elements are you trying to visualize in the front yard, but you will find a lot of Punch objects in the Right bar--> Objects--> Exterior tab. The trees, flowers, etc are in the Plant tab. And if you go to the Landscape tab, you will find fences, the pathway / driveway tool, sprinklers, etc

Cabinets--> You can develop your cabinets using the cabinet wizard tool or the ready cabinets / appliances in the Objects --> Kitchen tabs (dark cabinets, furniture, etc)

Let us know if you need additional help

Depends of the model and specs

In this image in my website, the dock was developed as a 3D object
