Do you mean the cabinet wizard (you are in this section) or the 3D workshop

In the cabinet wizard you enter the dims with the wizard or you can change them (writing the exact dims) with the dims tools at the left (see attached)

In the 3d workshop--> select the cabinet--> ungroup--> select the piece --> options--> object size
