Hi Ron,

If it is the Automatic floor created by the program--> click inside the room--> the room will become yellow--> Right pane--> you will see the "Show Floor" checked and the depth--> you can change this value

If you developed a manual floor (Floor Tool)--> In the Liveview screen there are several tools--> choose the arrow--> point to the floor--> the floor will be selected in the floorplan--> change the thickness--> notice that the floorplan must be showing all the layers (floor, electrical, etc) and the correct level (first floor, second floor or third floor)

Hi Julie,

The textures must be applied in Liveview (3D) not in the floorplan

There are few tricks to apply the textures
1 - Try to set the position of the little man close to the surface you wish to apply texture or color, however, you don't need to be on the floor to texture a floor, for example. If there are not interferences, you can even apply a texture from the chopper
2 - Never apply a texture or color through a window or door--> the windows' or doors' openings just render the surfaces as transparent, but the walls are still there
3 - If the room elevation is under the 0.00 level--> the little man elevation must be also under the 0.00 level
4 - Doors and windows-->apply the color / texture on the surfaces parallel with the wall where the door / window is installed
