Hi Douglas Sinclair,

In the metric system, one decimeter is equal to 10 centimeter and equal to 0.10 meters

So, if your box has 1.50m x 1.00 m x 500 mm, we can say that your box has 150 cm x 100 cm x 50 cm= 15 decimeters x 10 decimeters x 5 decimeters

Hope this helps

Patricia

Thanks Patricia, Old dogs can learn new tricks, with the help of others. Now I might be able to design things in relative size. :-)
