Hi,
I'm using AS4000. I want to load a plan I did and use it to trace it on a newly open file.

I follow the instructions on page 260 and I get the message: "Can't read image. Unrecognized file extension."

I should be able to use files around within the same program, right?

I hope someone can help.

Cesar

Hi Cesar,

You don't need to trace the old plan

File--> Open--> "youroldplan.PRO" (the name of your old plan).
This should open any Punch plan developed in a Punch program V8 (version eight) or older

Let us know if you need additional help

I made a house plan two years ago - I think it was on AS4000 - and now I need to find it on my backups.

What is the file extension name(s?) of the saved file? Is there only one for each plan or more?

I do not have the program anymore due to crash & move. What is the best latest updated version that will open the plan? Thanks
