Set an image without sun shadows? Go to the 3D menu or Liveview menu (depending of your version) --> Lighting --> 3D Lighting--> uncheck the Sunlight on option

Anyway, are you sure that the problem is caused by the shadows? the problem happens just when you print? or it happens also in the screen ?
I'd like to see an image of these "waves". Can you set an image in a web album and port a link here? or send me an email with the image and a reminder of this post
