Hi there,

AS 4000 V10 is a (very) old program, so I am not sure how new printers with new drivers work with old programs. As a matter of fact, my AS 4000 V10 didn't work properly in my Win 7 computer, so I uninstalled it. I have it installed in my XP computer.

At the bottom of the screen, click on the icon that looks like a house => select working floor only and try to print. This is the correct procedure to print one floor and works fine for me.
If this doesn't work, try to print to PDF.
