Hi,

I do not find where the four params Thickness, Back depth, Left depth and Right depth can (should?) be changed in the Properties tab of a base cabinet backsplash.

Manual p. 148 doesn't help.

Any light to spread, anyone?

Merci. Cool

Hi there,

I believe that we have a few different concepts here.

The thickness and depth are part of the backsplash, however I am not sure what do you mean with Back, Left and Right depth?. Do you mean Back, Left and Right visibility?

In the image below you can see a base cabinet with the backsplash (in green) and the countertop (in red). In this case, I set the back and right viability for the backsplash.

Cabinet countertop and backsplash.jpg (38kb) downloaded 5 time(s).

When you set a countertop, you can customize the Thickness as well as Front, Left or Right Overhang.

Cabinet Countertop.jpg (26kb) downloaded 4 time(s).

When you set a backsplash, you can customize the Height, Depth as well as Front, Left or Right Visibility

cabinets backsplash.jpg (28kb) downloaded 7 time(s).

So, I think that user guide (page 148) is correct.

Hope this helps.

Pat, I didn't say the manual was not correct, I said I did not see when or where these four Appearance params are reachable (they are always dimmed in the Properties tab.)

Hi there,

The grayed out issue was not clear in your question, therefore, I explained the 2 components.
