Patricia: I have numerous custom doors, windows, etc.. that were created in AS5000. I tried copying the files containing all 3 file extensions for each item into V20 (Documents/Punch software/User Library) but the items do not show up on the drop down lists within V20. How do I access these files through the dropdown menus.

Did you create the categories / subcategories in the libraries?

Did you create the categories / subcategories in the libraries? Yes

In the drop down menu => are you opening the User Library? Yes. Only seeing custom items that were created directly in V20 with .pod and .ppv extensions. None of the files brought over from 5000 with .ppv .ptf and .pti extensions show up.

Please, inform the full path of the library where you copied the doors / windows => for example => Documents/Punch software/User Library/xxxxxx/yyyyy
