As of 7-13-20, my Home Design Studio Complete files will not open.

Furthermore, the Punch Software website is now inoperative and has been since Monday.

Need help with files on time critical project and also any information regarding status of Company/Product.

Loyal customer needing answers please.

Hello,

Please clarify:
Do you have a Punch V20 program but you can't open your V20 files? or do you have another Punch version and you can't open your V20 files?
If you have another version, please inform the version number.
