Hi everyone, I'm new here. I had to reload all the software on my computer and can not get my AS18 to install. just get the UAC pop up and a spinning wheel with nothing else, any secrets here? I did have it installed and running on Windows 10 Prior somehow, exact same hardware.

Hi there,

Sounds like a hardware issue.

I'd recommend that you contact tech support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), OS settings, etc. as well as your system, limitations, etc. They are the experts for these problems.
