I am designing a cabin and I am planning on the foundation being 6x6 posts spread out every 8 feet. I can use the foundation piers function to mimic piers, but that uses concrete and I would prefer to have the project use wood(Pressure Treated). I also want no concrete foundation and would like that to be a standard 2x10 for the floor joists.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Separated parts are more complicated.
I'd suggest that after defining the entire structural project, create the structure with settings and properties as per User Guide (pages 191 and 443).
