my shadows worked and then just stopped...on all my projects. any suggestions?

Hi there,

If the shadows were working fine and suddenly all of them disappear, probably it is a hardware problem.
I'd suggest that you update the driver of your video card.
Otherwise, contact technical support so they can check the issues in your computer (software and hardware), settings, etc. and in addition, they will check your system, limitations, etc.
