I've been using Punch! Master Landscape since 2006 (version 10). My new computer won't run it (of course), so I had to purchase a new version: "Home & Landscape Design Essentials v22". For some reason, they've removed Floor Plan Trace from this edition (and only this edition) Why? It is even included in the cheaper "Express v22" edition. I can't even start my new design. Very unhappy about this software, and I want to return it.
I've sent a message to their support group, but no response. Looks like I'm going to have to wait on phone hold to get this fixed. ARGH!
