Draw the piece of roof, select the arrow (only the arrow)--> Edit--> Rotate--> 10° (or -10°, depending the direction)

Thanks for the comment. Once the roof panel is in place any tweaking of the panel seems to result in panels that are off kilter. i.e. if you grab a side, say to widen it a bit, it doesn't widen across the width of the panel. You end up with strange angles. I never have this issue with roof panels that are not angled.

Hi jcryan2
The best option is the use of arrows (keyboard), instead of the mouse. Select the point you want to move and set it with the arrows. Or select the point--> Edit--> Move--> set the X and Y distances
