You don't need to install the Help files separately, they will be installed automatically with your sw

I am not able to install AS3000 V10 on my computer (OS is Vista). The disk drive spins up for a few minutes but nothing happens. What am I missing? Bill

Bought it yesterday. Sorry. Turning off the Virus scan did not help. Have tried all the options mentioned so far ie change folder name, direct copy to hard drive etc. and get the same result. I/O error at Custom Textures\Maxwell\englishcottage at 7066812.ptx. I will keep reading and trying. Not fun!!
