I'd love to contact tech assistance but How? I'm calling from Canada therefore the 1-800 # doesn't work, please help.

My installation was initially halted by my screensaver. It was partway through disk 2. I was unsucessful at resuming from there after disabling the screensaver,I had to uninstall and start over. The second time around it got through disk 2 but will not install 3. I have plenty of memory. Can you help me?
