Hi Oozy,

After you import your plan, you must select each line--> go to the Properties Bar (right of the screen)--> convert to--> exterior wall for example (check the first image attached)

Yes, AS 4000 has the snap feature. Be sure to make them available. Just click the icon at the right- up corner of the screen (see the second image attached)
