Hi J.D.,

The property line in Punch has not any special property, so IMO, you can use a common line.
- Go to the Detail tab--> Use lines or shapes to draw the perimeter of your lot
- Select the lines--> click the Rule Weight icon (9th icon from the left)--> in the drop down menu select the thickness --> this will change the thickness of your lines
- Select the lines--> click the Rule Style icon (10th icon from the left)--> in the drop down menu select the style --> this will change the style of your lines

If you wish, you can add the text "P.L." close to the dimensions of each line (the dimensions will appear if the Autodimension option is checked). In addition, you can select all these lines--> Edit--> move to plan--> Landscape ,just to be sure where the PL is ;-)

Regarding the sq. ft. you can build a temporary floor or fill area following the contours and property line--> select them--> properties bar--> calculate area
