Thanks for the reply Lyle, but it's the lot that rotates with the building, not the terrain. I tried again with a split view of the terrain and the lot boundaries, and the building does indeed rotate independently on the terrain view, which is perfect, but in the other window the building and the lot boundaries have rotated together.

Hi John
This happens because when you rotate "all", Punch rotates also the property lines
Try this: 1 - make 2 copies of the plan 2 - In the copy 1, delete the property lines 3 - In the copy 2, delete the house 4 - In the copy 1, rotate the plan 5 - In the copy 2--> select all (be sure you are in the tab where the PL is)--> Edit--> Copy 6 - In the copy 1--> Edit--> Paste (be sure you are in the same level where the PL is)
In this house, the house will rotate, but the lot will remain

The option Rotate the entire plan doesn't allow to select only the property line or other element If you select the house only, you must rotate each level separately
