You're right, the upgrade page doesn't work
Try this--> go to this page
http://www.punchsoftware...ucts/purchase_as4000.htm
And click --> upgrade (I just tried and it is working)

The contact page is working OK

I've tried to upgrade my Punch architectural ver.8 to version 10, and it won't run! it tells me it's "Unable to locate Content_Pack 1 exe." Anyone have any helpful advise? Is this file something that can be gotten from my version 8 program or discs?

I have version 10 on the way. What do I have to look forward with the upgrade? Do I need to leave version 8 installed and then install 10 or can I delete version 8 and then install 10? Grumpy

Hi Grumpy,

as we discussed this by e-mail, I copy the contents
You don't need to uninstall your old Punch program. I've 11 Punch versions installed in my computer....

Just remember to change the name of one of them so you will have two different programs installed
If you are going to uninstall V8, and if you elaborated or copied custom objects, custom textures, trims, etc remember to save them in other folder (or they will be deleted), so you can use them in the new version

Downloaded AS 4000 v 10 to to my computer. Put all 3 files in one folder per instructions. Double click on AS4000Setup_Download.exe and get "Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 723371186, size returned = 92962816". Running Windows XP 53.7 Gb free disk space. Exited out of MacAfee suite. Closed all open programs. Any assistance would be appreciated.

We (people answering questions at the Forum) are volunteers, and from here we can't solve your installation problem, only Punch TA can provide an effective solution

Therefore, you should contact Punch Technical Assistance as soon as possible
