In addition, if you are using 2D symbols (provided with AS 4000 V10), is a good practice (in real life) to add the stoves and cabinets in the plumbing plan. The electrical plan includes smoke detectors, fans, etc and the HVAC plan includes water heather, furnace, etc.
Some professionals include plumbing and HVAC in one plan
I's recommend the addition of the exterior lighting features in a separate plan, to avoid large plans (size) during the construction
