We (people answering questions in this Forum) are volunteers, we are not Punch employees, so we don't know why the questions were not answered

I thnk that cwcarpenter means Punch! support. I put in three questions to them before I found this forum and the only one that they answered was to point me to Punch alternatives and to warn me that it wasn't affiliated (sp) with Punch. I know that they run a lean staff but they shouldn't promise 24 hour response if they can't provide it.
