Unfortunately, the Punch programs don't provide these features
You can simulate them with the shapes of the detail tab, however, these elements will not be considered in the Estimator.

Electrical and Plumbing and Hvac planning tools would be great additions for the Punch programs, to avoid not only planning, but also, project and costs estimation. At the same time, this option will help to minimize improvisations during the building phase

yes, you can change the colors
Go to Power Tools--> Material Workshop--> open one of the siding textures (I'd suggest that you use the white one)--> using the shapes above, draw a square over the texture--> right click--> Convert to--> color object--> playing with the different colors, you will be able to change the texture color as desired--> File--> save to library--> your new Custom texture is ready
