Hi Wayne Roberts,

All the Punch programs with versions V6, V7, V8, and V10 allow you to import a 2D CAD plan, however notice that IDS doesn't have the landscape tools, like the Topo designer, for example

In my opinion, if you are going to work only with landscape, your best options is MLP V10.5

Notice that, regarding the CAD import capabilities (as described in Wayne's wish list) not all the Punch versions are the same
Only Punch V6 and up can import CAD plans (DXF for V6) and DXF and DWG (V7 and up)
