Hi Ray,

You can-->

1 - Develop a Punch file with the old house only--> Run the estimator--> export the spreadsheet to Excel--> create a "spreadsheet A"
2 - Develop a Punch file with the old house + the addition--> Run the estimator--> export the spreadsheet to Excel--> create a "spreadsheet B"
3 - In Excel--> open both files and create --> "spreadsheet B" - "spreadsheet A"

Or, you can create a file just with the addition

I'd recommend the first method. You will need more time and effort, but in my experience, the results are more accurate

Thanks, when I get further into the design I'll try the second method. If I have any problems, "I'll be back" Ray
