Hi Tom, In my opinion, to get a precise roof estimation, you should set the "Calculate Roofing squares" option (Estimator Power Tool) as "OFF" In this way, Punch will calculate just the real roof area (sq ft or sq M) And, by checking the area values, you will see that they are accurate Patricia

Hi Patricia, I automatically & wrongly assumed that by turning the "calculate Roofing squares" tool of then there would be NO calculation or roof material shown on the material list....it's always nice to learn something new...thanks, once again...
