Hi House Designer,

Select the wall segment--> Properties bar--> Flip dimension
You can also use the manual dimensions--> select the dimension in the plan--> Edit--> Rotate--> Set Angle--> 180°

Now, by default, the dimensions are created using the Western settings, but if you go to Options--> Dimension Properties--> Font--> Script--> you will find additional options.

Note that for dimensions that you add MANUALLY - that is those that you drag out with the mouse (not "automatic" dimensioning), the orientation of north/south (ie. Vertical) dimension text depends on which way you dragged the mouse. If you drag from the top down you have to tilt your head to the left to read the numbers. If you drag from the bottom up, you tilt your head to the right.
