I have had the same problem not sure what causes it.

Hi Sean Roberds,

You can send me you file if you wish.

Some notes

-If the dims look the same in the screen, they must print in the same way also

- I'd suggest that you check your printer settings--> some printers have a "draft quality" option--> if this option is selected, all the lines, squares, etc are printed with a very thin line
Also, depending of the printer, some colors print better--> try to print all the plan using black color (monochrome) and see if the problem persists

In addition, if you go to the Punch Main Menu--> Options--> Dimension properties--> Font--> you can select a Bold type of font
