Hi Amir,

Apply brick texture to the exterior face of your exterior walls (exactly in places where you are going to apply), then go to the Estimator and check the item "Wall covering"--> you will see the item Wall... (brick)--> this will provide the brick area necessary for your project

Now regarding the windows and doors area, you can set the Estimator to discount these areas, however, I'd suggest to discount the windows and doors areas only for openings with 4 sq ft or more
And always consider an additional 10% for waste purposes
