Hi Bill Kraengel ,

1 - This is very odd... the doors and windows are part of the walls for exporting purposes. can you send me an image of your exported plan?

2 - A washing machine is not a Punch intelligent objects. Punch Intelligent objects are specific parts of the construction (walls, floors, fences, property line, etc). The washer machine is considered as object so you must develop it in the 3D workshop
If you have the object in a 3D format, you can import it in the 3D workshop
