Hi yardape,

Sure. There are two ways

- In the landscape tab, use the Excavation tool (14th icon from the left) and outline the excavation area--> set the depth of the excavation
- Use the CAD tools (in the Detail tab) to create the contour of the excavation area. You can use lines and after, adjust the curves. When the shape is ready--> Convert to (in the Properties Bar, right side of the screen)--> Topography excavation

Are there any good training tools to learn how to use PUNCH IE where is the best place to start a DECK design- with the deck it self or in situ on the porperty. Can I adda foundation to a house after i have it partially designed- is it betterto start with the property line and work it up as in real construstion. IE where is the integrating philosophy of this tool? R
