Please, check the image attached

The trees and plants are located in the plant tab (right of the screen)
Close to the name plants (vertical) you will find a black triangle--> click on it--> you will find the Punch library category and the Custom plants category

Close to the name Plats (horizontal) you will find a black triangle--> click on it--> you will find the plats categories (trees, bulbs, etc)

The weeping cherry is the Tree #211, to insert it in the plan, just drag and drop the tree from the preview bar to the plan.

If you wish to find a specific plant--> you can use the Plant Finder in the plant menu

To add new plants, and if you have a picture of this plant, you can use the Plant Editor
