Hi oldtimer,

Are you trying to open your file from the Windows Explorer? Usually, this is the message appearing if you try to open the file by double clicking it in the Explorer.

The right way to open the file in Platinum 4.5.1. is:
- Open your Punch program
- File--> Open.....
